  • Co-Founder

    Spencer is a founding partner at ReSolve Construction. He has a Bachelors Degree from North Dakota State University in Construction Management. After college, he moved out to Colorado to pursue a career in General Contracting on Multi-family projects in the Denver Metro area. Upon returning to Minnesota, he continued that path with building multi-family apartment projects in the Minneapolis area as a Superintendent working on projects from the 10-30 million dollar value range. His passion for construction runs deep as he enjoys the complexity and challenges that each project can present. His passion for the industry led him to found ReSolve Construction so he could bring his experience, lessons learned, and problem solving ability to help clients reach their project goals knowing they could trust the process and plan in place. His passions outside of work are spending time with his wife Alayna, daughter Ava, and two labradors and traveling west chasing big game in the Rockies. He prides himself in communication and his word.

    Nate is a founding partner at ReSolve Construction. He has a Project Management degree at Bemidji State University. He played hockey for the Beavers for 4 years and served as a Captain. After graduating from BSU he decided to hang up the skates and hit the road. He spent two years working with Blattner Energy installing wind turbines across the country; New Mexico, Iowa, and Texas to highlight. While many lessons were learned being away from family, he decided to settle down. He currently has 3 kids (Lennon, Zander, Macklin) with his wife Aimee. A few things to highlight the work Nate has done consists of building multifamily apartments and single family homes from ground up. Nate prides himself on consistent communication and project delivery.

  • Executive Assistant

    After graduating with my Bachelors from Minnesota State University, Mankato, I ran a small storefront business throughout my early 20s for four years… and that’s where I unexpectedly met my future bosses. Nate and Spencer, were just grabbing protein shakes, and next thing you know, we’re talking business, goals, and ideas. If you asked me 10 years ago if I’d be in construction, would have said nope! Fast forward - I’m a full-time EA, dedicated to creating a great experience for our clients, supporting our partners, and keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes. I have a passion for helping others whether that’s in construction or health industry. Off the clock, I’m usually busy coaching volleyball, hiking, or soaking up time outside.
